On the second floor there is both The bathroom, carved from the rock and equipped with a spacious shower, of a Jacuzzi and a magnificent view of the Gulf, Both the bed to accommodate two additional guests. In this way, the Tower is perfect not only for couples, but also for families o small groups, offering space and comfort for up to four people.

On the highest floor of the Tower, King room is located. The bed is a true work of art: made with 3D printing and embellished with 24-karat gold details through a very old medieval technique dating back to the 12th century.

Speechless is the word. The 1000 yr old Tower is a huge piece of History that you can embrace inside with all modern remodeling inside and super comfortable furnishings. From a delivered breakfast every morning to complimentary apertifs and cigars and excellent espresso in the rooms. Which you have 3 plus breathtaking views from the rooftop. The tower, which overlooks the sea, has been impeccably restored after more than 50 years in total neglect, with a modern style but without affecting the tower's old charm. It has become a beautiful suite with exhibition space. I had the opportunity to exhibit my paintings here, an interesting dialogue between tower and art. Portovenere is an incredible town, here you can breathe the real "Italian way of life"

A true 10/10 experience. The tower is a true luxurious experience. They thought of absolutely everything. Impeccably clean, interesting and thought provoking furniture, wonderful coffee, great wine, comfortable beds, large shower, top notch appliances including a Dyson hair dryer, and chocolates spread throughout. No expense is spared to ensure we had a relaxing and luxurious experience - which I have to say is rare in Italy. Charm is easy to come by, but luxury and charm together is rare.

I don't usually leave reviews, but I have to leave one for Capitolare. It's odd to see something at this price point rated across the board almost universally, and the only way it does that is by managing to exceed the already high expectations. The space is incredible, historic outer walls and a secluded entrance just off the main path which walks right up to the church and coastline, an exceptionally clean modern finish, and of course the rooftop view.
