Getting here

Arriving by car is the most common option among our guests, although Portovenere is a small and charming village that, in order to preserve its beauty, has for years banned cars from passing through. There are only 60 parking spaces, but don't worry: when you book, we can reserve one for you in a secure underground parking garage.

  • From La Spezia: 20 minutes on the provincial road to Portovenere
  • From Genoa: 1h 40' A12 Genoa-Livorno highway
  • From Milan: A1-A15 highway (La Spezia-Parma)
  • From Bologna: 2h 45' on the A1-A15 highway (La Spezia-Parma)
  • From Florence: 2h A11 highway

Alternatively, we can take care of every detail to make your trip easy. We arrange private transfers from the railway station of La Spezia or from the airports closest to us, Pisa and Genoa, or from Florence, Bologna and Milan.
