A romantic getaway in Portovenere
Two days, a tower all to yourselves and the sea all around: Portovenere is made for romantic getaways. Here is how to plan one, from your arrival to the last sunset.
Arrive without a care
Covered parking is included in your stay: you leave the car and from then on you walk everywhere. The Tower is in Piazza Bastreri, at the entrance to the village, a few steps from the harbor.
If you want a surprise, we prepare it before you arrive: a bouquet of flowers, petals on the bed, candles lit when you open the door.
Watch the sunset from the sea or from above
On the private sunset boat tour you see the village and the islands from the sea as the sun goes down. If you would rather stay on land, walk up to the church of San Pietro, at the tip of the promontory, or stay on the Tower’s terrace, above the rooftops of the village.
Have dinner without going out
The most romantic dinner is the one that doesn’t make you go out: our chef cooks for you in the Tower with local ingredients, and all you have to do is raise a glass. With the King package a private dinner on the terrace, prepared in front of you, is served every evening.
Slow down the next day

Choose the right time
In spring and autumn the light is soft and there are fewer people; in winter the village is almost all yours. The Tower is open all year round and it is yours alone: one party at a time.
